FOR ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN HAWAII, we have preset shipping costs that we charge:

$8.00 for orders up to 1.5 lbs

$11.00 for orders 1.5-3lbs

$15.00 for orders 3lbs and up

Free Shipping for orders over $250

FOR US MAINLAND ORDERS, actual shipping charges to your location are shown at checkout.

Worldwide shipping costs have increased and shipping is expensive these days, so we try our best to minimize shipping charges when packing your orders. While we can't guarantee lower shipping costs than those listed on the website, we sometimes are able to refund some of the shipping cost once your order is packed. In those cases, you will see a refund email sent to you.

Yes! We can arrange local pickup in Waimea, Big Island. Please choose the "Pick Up in Store" option when checking out and make sure you include your phone number so we can contact you to make arrangements for meeting up. Our meet up location is by the Waimea Skate Park. You will receive and email and a text when your order is ready for pickup.

Hawaiianz Wyde Nalu Co. accepts credit card payments through our website, OR you can select COD for Local Pickup Orders only. COD Orders can pay in cash or Venmo in person when picking up. You can select the COD during checkout for Local Pickup Orders only. 

Yes, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to make arrangements for a return. Customer will pay for return shipping costs.
